Instruction
Step 1: Sauté and Spice
Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
Add Palak paste, diced potatoes, and chopped tomatoes. Cook until potatoes are slightly tender.
Stir in Kashmiri Spice Mix Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Add Spinach
Add finely chopped spinach to the pan. Mix well until spinach wilts.
Step 3: Simmer with Stock
Pour Palak Curry Stock into the pan. Season with salt to taste.
Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked.
Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
