Instruction

Step 1: Saute and Spice

  • Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown.
  • Green chilies (Optional) , and diced lamb. Cook until the lamb is no longer pink.

Step 2: Blend in Flavours

  • Stir in tomatoes, Punjabi Spice Mix. Cook until the tomatoes soften.

Step 3: Introduce Paste and Taste

  • Add Lamb Karahi Paste, Garlic Paste, Mix well.

Step 4: Final Touch

  • Adjust salt according to taste.
  • Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the lamb is tender.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
