King Prawn Jalfrezi

Instruction

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add bell pepper and cook until it softens.
  4. Stir in Jalfrezi curry powder, salt, and chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
  5. Add king prawns and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1-inch piece of ginger, minced

  • 1 green chili, chopped (adjust to your spice preference)

  • 2 tsp Jalfrezi curry powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
