Instruction
Step 1: Sauté and Spice
In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions until golden brown.
Add Punjabi Spice Blend and Makhani Curry Paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Cook Chicken
Add chicken pieces to the pan. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
Step 3: Finish and Serve
Pour in tomato puree, Fenugreek Leaves, and salt. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Stir in double cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
