King Prawn Jalfrezi
Instruction
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add chopped onion, ginger, garlic, and green chili. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Add bell pepper and cook until it softens.
- Stir in Jalfrezi curry powder, salt, and chopped tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Add king prawns and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
