Chicken Jalfrezi
Instruction
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
Stir in ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Cook for a couple of minutes.
Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
Add Jalfrezi curry powder, salt, chopped tomatoes, and bell peppers. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and the sauce thickens.
